Years with Nextep: one

Primary Responsibilities at Nextep: I am responsible for maintaining the technology infrastructure of Nextep, and thereby ensuring that all co-workers have the tools available to them to properly service our clients. In addition, I work to ensure that our Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery plan is in good working order and guaranteeing that all client data is safe and secure no matter what happens.

Best Nextep Memory: Joining with virtually all my co-workers to man the phones for several hours of the MDA telethon this past Labor Day weekend. What an enjoyable and rewarding experience that was to play a small part in working to find a cure for Muscular Dystrophy.

Hobbies: computer games, playing my saxophone, singing, spending time with my wife and 1 year-old daughter and volunteering at my church
