Primary Responsibilities at Nextep: I am responsible for processing payroll for multiple clients in a timely and accurate fashion, insuring that clients stay in compliance with Federal, State and local laws. I really enjoy the chance to build a relationship with a client and give them the best service possible. I truly feel that is what Nextep is all about because our company cannot succeed unless the clients do.

Best Nextep Memory: My best Nextep memory is the 2002 company retreat to Tanglewood Resort at Lake Texoma. It was such a great chance to bond and strengthen relationships through group activities and fun. I feel so lucky to be able to work with people I truly like and enjoy spending time with. Also, I have never been with a company where the management does such a good job of interacting with its employees on a business, as well as, personal level.

Hobbies: hanging out with friends, playing cards, darts, Pilates, and dancing.
