Years with Nextep: one year

Primary Responsibilities at Nextep: I am responsible for administering all Nextep offerings such as benefits, training, job postings, background checks, employee handbooks, and unemployment. I also advise clients in HR issues including interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, and sexual harassment.

Best Nextep Memory: My best Nextep Memory occurred at the "Best Places to Work in Oklahoma" banquet this year. Everyone was on the edge of their seats and so excited when we won. I almost had a heart attack but I am so proud to work for such a great company.

Hobbies: playing softball, relaxing, shopping, and planning my wedding
