The Travel Assistance Program provides their services any time you travel, domestically or internationally, more than 100 miles from your home.
How do I contact Assist America outside of the country?
A simple phone call to the number provided on your Assist America ID card connects you to a very competent Operation Center. Contact information is provided in your insurance plan to receive your Assist America ID card. The Operation Center is staffed with trained multilingual personnel, including nurses and doctors, to advise and assist you quickly and professionally in a medical emergency. They will connect you to both a Global Network of Pre-qualified Medical Providers and Air and Ground Ambulance Providers.
