Nicole Emerson and Tracey Hixon Earn PHR

After much preparation and studying, Nextep HR Specialists Nicole Emerson and Tracey Hixon passed the exam to become Professionals of Human Resources (PHR). PHR topics they demonstrated proficiency in included strategic management, planning, social issues in the workplace, labor relations, international compensation, and compensation and benefits administration.

In addition to their certifications, both Nicole and Tracey are members of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), an organization with over 200,000 members who share their expertise to create a large and extensive knowledge base. Through their activity in this professional organization and their certifications, Nicole and Tracey are able to give Nextep’s clients the best service and assistance in their human resources needs.
