Our sales reps are the friendly frontline of Nextep, building relationships and making valuable connections every day. They work with decision makers for businesses of all sizes to elevate the employment experience and enrich people’s lives. You will work with an established sales team and have a corporate office filled with innovative thinkers and hard workers cheering you on and servicing your clients.

We have regional sales managers in every market who started as an outside sales representative themselves, which means they know exactly how to walk you through the selling process. With our 85+ NPS score, innovative technology, and superior product and service, you can feel confident in the product and service you’re selling. Here are a few things you’ll do in your day-to-day:
- Build relationships with business owners via face-to-face, phone, and email efforts
- Educate prospective clients on Nextep’s products and services
- Deliver formal proposals and contracts to new business opportunities
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients

Our on-target earnings for first-year sales representatives is $95,000+/year. With uncapped commission, you can certainly earn more than this. You’ll learn more about our pay structure and second and third-year on-target earnings in the interview process.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-5 years of relevant sales experience; recent graduates will be considered
- Business-to-business, outside sales, and cold calling experience preferred
- Strong desire to succeed
