About the role:

• A day in the life of an HRBP includes working with Nextep’s teams to manage the client relationship, advising and consulting our clients on HR matters, and staying up to date on laws affecting HR. 
• Ideally, you’re an expert communicator because you’ll be advising our clients on serious matters including employee discipline, performance improvement, separations, terminations, and general employee management.
• You’ll also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of local, state, and federal laws affecting human resources and using that expertise to educate and advise our clients.
• Our HRBP start at $70K, on average.

About you:

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent. 
• Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Human Resources or related Business field) from a four-year college or university. 
• You have at least five years of human resources consulting experience, training, or education.
