Business Consultant Position

So what does it take to be a business consultant at Nextep? Here’s the rundown.

Responsibilities

If you are ready to make a positive impact on the lives of business owners and their employees, then this is the career for you!

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Provide customers with the highest standard of customer service, both during and after the sale
  • Maintain good working relationships with all departments to help facilitate the sale and ensure an excellent transition to Nextep
  • Contact prospective clients to schedule meetings
  • Prepare presentations, close sales, gather all detailed information, and develop a plan for each account

Position Requirements

It’s okay if you don’t have any PEO-specific sales experience! Our training program, tools, and ongoing support are proven to contribute to our salespeople’s success.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-4 years of sales experience preferred, not mandatory
  • Passion for learning and personal growth
  • Exceptional listening and questioning skills
  • Strong desire to succeed
