Voluntary fees are paid 100% by the employee, while employer-sponsored fees are paid in part or full by the company at lower costs.

 

Dental Plans

You can save on your dental plan by contributing to some or all of your employees’ costs! Employers sponsoring dental must contribute a minimum of 25% to the employee-only preventative with 75% participation.

AD&D and Life

Employers sponsoring Life and AD&D must contribute 100% to the plan with 100% eligible employee participation.

The employer-sponsored option includes both AD&D and Life, paid with one easy cost. The voluntary, employee-paid option separates AD&D and Life into two separate benefits.

Group Whole Life

Group whole life pays in the event of your death, helping your family maintain financial peace of mind. As long as you pay the benefit costs, this life insurance does not expire, age out, or increase costs based on health conditions.

Critical Illness

Nextep’s critical illness plan pays in the event of a critical diagnosis, including cancer, heart attack, severe stroke, kidney failure, Alzheimer’s disease, organ transplants, and more.

This voluntary benefit can be used on its own or as an additional, money-saving layer in addition to other plans. It comes in two tiers: $15,000 and $30,000. The benefit pays out up to the maximum amount, based on the nature and severity of the diagnosis.

You can use a network attorney for covered services, such as wills, elder care, civil lawsuits, powers of attorney, and money matters for a small monthly cost. Eligible legal matters are fully covered with no co-pays, deductibles, or claim forms when using an in-network attorney.
