Nextep Charitable Foundation Donates to Clients' Charities

People Woman Coffee Meeting Sm

We’re making year-end fun and meaningful for our people.

The end of the year can be one of the busiest and most stressful times for many of our clients. To show our appreciation for them and encourage fun and comradery around the office, we play an annual game.

Goosechase, a web-based scavenger hunt, allows our clients to compete against each other through trivia questions and fun challenges to win lunch for their offices. Players took on challenges such as building a replica of the Nextep headquarters using office supplies.

Nextep employees participated in the game along with our clients and enjoyed the opportunity to get to know our clients a little better. “We enjoy playing the game as much as our clients,” says Alaina Stevens, Nextep Marketing Coordinator. “It’s a chance to see the creativity of our clients and understand what they do on a daily basis.”

The most valuable part of the game for us, though, was the opportunity to team up with our clients to give back. During the game, we asked our clients which charity or organization they supported and surprised them at the end of the game by making a donation on their behalf to that charity.

“The Nextep Charitable Foundation has allowed Nextep employees to give back to the community in so many ways. We wanted to share that experience with our clients and support their efforts in giving back to their communities. It means a lot to us to see how much our clients care.”Alaina Stevens, Nextep Marketing Coordinator
