2021 was an extraordinary year for the Nextep Gives Back! As a part of our Pledge 1% commitment, we hosted two weeks of giving back for our employees, empowered dozens of future philanthropists to give back, granted a child’s wish through Make-A-Wish, donated $30,000 to the Virtue Center, and served 98 organizations — and that’s just the beginning!
Our work through Nextep Gives Back impacts our community and makes a difference in the lives of our people.
