Nextep Gives Back 2021 Year in Review

Nextep Gives Back

2021 was an extraordinary year for the Nextep Gives Back! As a part of our Pledge 1% commitment, we hosted two weeks of giving back for our employees, empowered dozens of future philanthropists to give back, granted a child’s wish through Make-A-Wish, donated $30,000 to the Virtue Center, and served 98 organizations — and that’s just the beginning!

Our work through Nextep Gives Back impacts our community and makes a difference in the lives of our people. Each year we see our people giving more of their time, becoming more involved in the community, and talking more about their philanthropic interests. Check out the infographic below to see the impact our people had this year through our foundation.
