Nextep is one of the very first PEOs in the nation to receive the IRS designation as a Certified Professional Employer Organization (CPEO).
Established by the IRS under the Small Business Efficiency Act, the CPEO program gives PEOs the opportunity to voluntarily apply for certification. To become and remain certified, we must meet rigorous tax compliance, background, experience, business location, financial reporting, bonding, and other requirements.
Nextep will continue to communicate with clients in the coming months regarding this valuable recognition.
