Elevating the employment experience and enriching people’s lives is what we strive to do at Nextep every day — and now we’re empowering the kids of Nextep employees to do the same! The Nextep Charitable Foundation created the “Nextep’s Future Philanthropist” program, where students get $50 to donate to their school or a nonprofit of their choice each semester.
“We’ve worked hard to create a culture of giving back at Nextep. We love that our kids don’t just get to watch their parents give back, they get to participate as well!” said Brian Fayak, Nextep CEO and founder. “We’re excited to have the opportunity to shape the next generation of philanthropists!” said Nextep CEO and Founder Brian Fayak.
This spring, Nextep Charitable Foundation made donations to Make a Wish Oklahoma, Dogs without Borders, Feeding America, Second Chance Animal Sanctuary, Salvation Army, African Wildlife Foundation, Mission Norman, and Grafted Church on behalf of Nextep’s future philanthropists. Plus, 24 future philanthropists chose to donate their money to their schools! Altogether, 33 Nextep kiddos donated $1,650 to the organizations and schools they care about.
“We’re so proud of all the Nextep kiddos who participated this spring!” said Sarah Rogers, Nextep Charitable Foundation chair. “We love being able to support the causes and organizations they care about.”
