Employers will not need to submit injury records to OSHA by July 1, 2017.
The rule that required some employers to submit their 300A info electronically has been indefinitely delayed.
You still need to continue to collect and post the required injury and illness info, but you don’t have to submit it electronically.
We will let you know as additional information, including a proposed extension date, is available.
Updates will also be posted at osha.gov/recordkeeping when they’re available.
