The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has released a poster for all worksites to display alongside its other labor posters, regardless of union affiliation. As Nextep has reported, the posting requirement has experienced several delays and was scheduled to be effective April 30, 2012. After being temporarily enjoined by the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, the posting requirement is now delayed indefinitely.
Until legal matters are resolved, there is no requirement for workplaces to display a poster of Employee Rights Under the NLRA.
