The EEO-1 Report is an annual report required by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) from certain employers in the United States. Employers must submit data on the demographic composition of the company’s workforce, specifically focusing on race, ethnicity, gender, and job categories.
As of press time, the deadline for employers to submit the EEO-1 report has been delayed. Updates on the opening date and when to submit will be posted to eeocdata.org once available. It’s always best to check the EEOC’s official website or announcements for the most current deadlines and any potential changes.
