I CAN'T GET THE APP TO WORK. WHAT DO I DO?
To keep sensitive information secure, the app is password-protected. At this time, only Nextep clients and their employees will have access to log in to the app. No need to create a new account or ID; simply log in with your existing Nextep credentials.
I’M HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN.
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click the “Forgot your password” link on the login screen of your app and follow the on-screen instructions. For more help logging into your account, visit our online help.
