There are numerous ways PEOs can benefit even the smallest of companies. For starters, you didn’t go into business to do HR tasks. And as your company grows, the time spent consumed by each of those tasks multiplies rapidly. With Nextep, you can get back to business while we take care of the rest.
One of the ways we accomplish this is by serving your employees directly. We’re dedicated to putting the most sophisticated, yet easily managed, tools in your people’s hands, giving them more control over their info, and putting more time in your hands.
Another significant benefit is, well, benefits. Nextep offers smaller businesses the opportunity to take advantage of the same top-of-the-line benefits and services bigger businesses enjoy. Best of all, Nextep administers it all — enrollment, health care, each question and every bill.
Nextep’s services include HR, benefits, payroll, and compliance. We make all of these things easily available in one integrated spot, allowing you and your people to manage their Nextep accounts at the computer or on the go with the mobile app.
